In this exciting time of expansion, we are seeking brand new Collections Agents who are committed to meeting targets and clients' high expectations.
Providing in-depth insight into finance and business, as well as excellent in-house Training & Development Coaches, our client operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preparing their staff for further advancements in the organisation through full induction training and ongoing training.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Complete affordability assessments with customers
- Manage your own diary of customers and their arrangements
- Liaise with customers via telephone on our inbound and outbound dialler
- Handle customer queries or disputes appropriately
- Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies
- Update the status of accounts and update customer databases accordingly
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements on every call
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be an excellent listener and communicator
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be able to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
- Be self-motivated and work well to targets
- Have excellent typing skills, along with PC literacy
- Have a minimum SCQF Level 4 in Mathematics and English
