The Facilities Service Administration Officer is responsible for the internal service and compliance requirements of the department. Other duties include ensuring the compliant delivery of service contracts and works by conducting audits, providing reports on outcomes and recommending areas for optimisation.
Based at the City Campus, this part time job-share position reports to the Team Leader - Facilities Services and Environments.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, demonstrated organisation skills, high level attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and be able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
