Optigen is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative who resides in the area of San Diego CA. (We will consider areas in California outside of San Diego county if you have healthcare experience)

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data
- Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Resolve customer concerns Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Provide customer follow-up as required
- Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
Qualifications
- 1-2 years inside sales experience required
- Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred
- Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm
- High school graduate or GED certificate

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
