YOUR ROLE
- Develop an actionable global strategy with a specific roadmap for the Hair category
- Conduct market analyses (sales, trends, competitors, financial) and identify new market opportunities
- Conduct portfolio/scenario analyses of potential strategic options
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as preparation and presentation of strategy work to top management
- Cooperate with regions as well as finance, marketing, global sales and innovation teams to create a comprehensive and aligned strategy
- Evaluate impact of strategy on Henkel Consumer Brands's profitability and calculate business cases
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
- Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. consulting, marketing, strategy, finance) in the hair market
- Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in data analytics
- Both strategic and analytical individual with a passion for driving change and challenging the status quo
- Fluent English language skills
