Virtual Academy (VA) team, under Training Academy EMEA RLM aims to advance Medtronic T&E footprint to improve customer engagement, expand reach, deliver tailored content and transform T&E through introduction of virtual solutions as well as empowering our employees with the necessary skills to be able to operate remotely.
This role in VA , Training Specialist - Internal Trainings is extremely important as he/she will be responsible for enhancing required skills and competencies of our employees work ing remotely in the region. H e /she will be leading develop ment of content, planning and implementing training programs and curriculum in a way that is stimulating, instrumental and efficient to our remote sales and technical consultancy teams as well as track their product trainings . The person in this role will develop solutions, execute plans, and interact cross-functionally to accomplish objectives .
For this role , you will be expected to be located in Istanbul, Turkey.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
· Understand and define gaps and needs in Remote Selling/Consultancy Skills across the board in the Region
· Work in collaboration with SME Commercial Excellence team and Remote Sales &TC team and relevant teams at EMEA to determine needs, to set training objectives and progress towards goals
· Maintenance and delivery of Remote Selling/Consultancy Skills training content including soft skills and utilization of virtual tools
· Delivery and follow up of Remote Selling Skills trainings (new hire and current employee)
· Provide innovative/engaging training methods and curriculum to be implemented
· Provide continuous coaching to remote sales team, give and receive feedback
· Define and measure KPI’s and success of trainings, interpret data and re-evaluate and upgrade content/methodology if necessary
· Prepare and present reports on training programs and KPIs
· Manage relations/services with external vendors, if required
· Bachelor’s degree in training, education, psychology, HR or related field
· Min 2-3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops and proven ability to deliver/lead a full training cycle
· Excellent analytic skills with strategic and creative mindset
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Critical thinking with innovative problem-solving skills.
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
