Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA to promote our products/services.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Document and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Min 1year Experience in outbound sales or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software.
- Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis.
