Customer Service Officer [Singapore]

About the role:

  • Provide general administrative support;
  • Manage Communications Applications (Whatsapp / WeChat / Telegram Groups)
  • Create and monitor groups and daily conversations between BD and Clients.
  • Create and manage close to 2000 client groups.
  • Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;
  • Cross-checking of database against relevant records with the various Government regulatories;
  • Support BD department and sending messages to clients accordingly.
  • Reminding clients and sending invoices, following up on payments from clients via groups.
  • In charge of all groups, middleman of all departments to clients.

You should have:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles;
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
  • High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the Chinese clients);
  • Must be able to type in Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $2,500.00 per month
