직무 개요:

Novelis is the leading supplier of the premium aluminum flat rolled products in worldwide. Customer Service Representative (CSR) is one of the key roles to maintain the relationship and customers’ loyalties to Novelis’ premium products, eventually, having them pursue the sustainability of our brand in the market. Novelis Zhenjiang (China) is the Qualified Leading Aircraft Plate supplier in Asia which had benchmarked Novelis Koblenz (Germany), a qualified sheet and plate manufacturer for Aircraft. Not only for Aerospace usage, but we’re also supplying Industrial plates, and Heat-Exchanger applications for the customers in Korea. With the cooperation of the experts in the sales and operation teams, the CSR will be supporting customers in Korea with the premium flat rolled aluminum products.

1. Managing sales orders for the OTC (Order to Cash)

• Managing all Novelis Asia (Zhenjiang) and Europe (Koblenz)’s Sales Orders in Korean market for the whole related value streams in the team. CSR in Korea requires to submit whole information to CSR in the local plant to enter the with an active and efficient communications in both internally and externally of Novelis, which including the production status updates, checking the payment status (preparing the proforma invoices etc), release materials and follow the shipment with related shipping documents, document works about the production deviation & quality issue etc.

2. Efficient support (Document, Data etc) for the local CSRs in each production site (China, Germany etc)

• CSR in Korea requires to do the document support with the essential information for the CSRs in each production sites whenever it needs, especially for the document support for the Export License for the whole value stream applications. It requires to have a sense of the communications with the customers and the local CSRs

3.Participate and prepare for the Sales Meetings

• CSR also needs to visit customers regularly for the better understanding their characteristics and the industries requirement. Also, CSR may require preparing the presentations such as order quantities & status, shipment status, and payment & overdue status for the Sales meeting externally or internally.

[Qualification]

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. 2~3years of working experiences either in trading house or oversea sales

3. Preferred of work experiences in the non-ferrous industry

4. Strong English communication abilities

5. A team player with the teams in both local and overseas
