Providing outstanding customer service and promoting the Lacoste brand to the highest standard, creating brand loyalty through acting as a key support for the business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport-inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability.


Job Description:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalised assistance to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences and offer appropriate product recommendations.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers in trying on or selecting merchandise.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with other sales associates and store management.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move moderately heavy items.
