An Alcohol Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Representative (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for company product, engage with customers and create a memorable experience to drive interest in the brand
- Develop a deep understanding of company product, production process, unique features and flavour profiles to effectively educate customers and answer their inquiries
- Provide recommendations, explain product offerings and highlight the brand’s key differentiators
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance while representing the company's product brand
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, offer product samples and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain the company products display area within the duty free section, ensure products are properly stocked, attractively present and inform prices accurately
- Gather feedback and insights from customers regarding their preferences, feedback on company products and suggestions for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions and market trends
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Good written and verbal English
- Proven working experience as a Sales Representative, Brand Promoter or in a similar role
- Proven working experience in Food and Beverage Industry would be a plus
- Proven success in generating sales, positive coverage and helping to build brand awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Flexibility to work within the duty-free hours and on weekends or holidays as needed
- Highly innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude, kind and uplifting energy
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Must be legally eligible to work within the country and meet additional requirements specific to Bali Airport Duty Free Area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp6,000,000 per month
