- Experience in managing Windows Server 2003 2008 2012 2016 2019 and 2022. Good knowledge in Windows Server Active directory DNS DHCP
- Provide documentation about rules and work instructions cabling plans and definitions and design system retirement of the datacenter
- Co ordinate and order new hardware with OEMs for replacement as well as pick up and scrapping excluding network devices
- Co ordinate with the responsible resolution team Provider customer s internal team 3rd party to obtain the exact instructions on what activities need to be performed
- Co ordinate with client to help Capgemini engineer access respective DC Provide cost handling and charging process
- Prepare documentation related to all Hardware SAN and NAS Storage Infra Lifecycle etc
- Perform hardware monitoring Support and manage tickets with respective vendors and OEMs.
- Manage Outlook mail inboxes for DC Management Reporting activities for business and delivery operations Backup Upgrade Patch decommission compliance reports
