Looking for BMS Technician with the following Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in a related field.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring BMS systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security, energy management).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and rectify technical issues.
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and communication networks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and configure Building Management Systems according to design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of BMS equipment and components.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct system tests and inspections, and document all work performed.
- Provide technical support to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology.
