Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements, HR to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match business requirements.
- Deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each entity.
- Reach out & connect with potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Be able to respond to changes and work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree Holder
- Little or No experience in recruitment
- Demonstrated success of driving change within the organization
- Strong communication skills
