- Shapes the product vision, value proposition and product roadmap with team and stakeholders
- Prioritizes together with team and stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for the Product Backlog and evaluates demands together with Team and Leadership:
- Makes this transparent and actively communicates it
- Is responsible for the creation and quality of user stories (Requirements and Acceptance Criterias)
- Maximizing the value creation of the product, this can be: Value proposition to the customer, optimize priorities based on value
- Establishes and manages an escalation process to the Stakeholders
- Knows the limits of the technical and functional solution space for the product
- You have good IT knowledge and/or appropriate education
- You have worked as a PO in an agile team or an equivalent position before
- You convince through your professional experience in agile IT projects or in the analysis of business processes
- Methodological competence in product management
- Strong communication skills
- Analyze & derive conclusions
- You are comfortable to work as part of a team
- A good command in German & English
