Kendrick Recruitment is currently looking for a Boutique Manager for a renowned luxury hotel located in Hermanus, Western Cape. We're seeking a dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall guest experience in our upscale establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Boutique and travel desk
- To liaise with guests
- Monthly stock control
- Selling and c ommunicating with guests
- Meeting monthly budgets
- Meet sales budgets by motivating, mentoring and providing feedbac k to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfact ion through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- To assist in Front Office operations if and when needed
- Ensure the st ore remains clean and presentable at all times
- Grade 12
- Previous experience as a retail assistant, 3 years preferred
- Experience in a luxury 5* establishment
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Strong focus on customer service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable in dealing with a distinguished clientele, knowledge of the area essential
- Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and reliable
This role is offering a monthly salary of R16,000
