KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategy support
- Support brand and business promotion strategy, facilitate business pathways for maternal education, generalize enforceable business-promoting strategies and improve precise coverage and education quality from maternal and hospital end.
- Support CPMA Baby friendly national program by leveraging Online Health Education Project on Obstetrics department and Post-natal Visit. Further identify critical touch points from data deep dive and optimize the project.
- Support Vaccine hospital and KOL segmentation from KOL mapping, to fulfil RSV AIP strategy from hospital end.
- Support RSV hospital access acceleration and planning of mid-long team hospital listing expansion.
Project Activation (specific for PTX and FLU)
- Formulate programs on academic education for experts in obstetrics, paediatrics in hospitals to improve their vaccine prevention concept and academic influence on CHC/POV HCPs.
- Lead and optimize HA current project process by internal& external stakeholder engagement.
- Drive VAST excellence through integrated close-loop strategy, expand obstetrics baby friendly initiatives’ traffic to Vast & T-rex in targeted CDC.
- Lead Sanofi vaccine initiatives on two annual academic programs including sponsorship of academic activities and HCP engagement: CSPM(Chinese Society of perinatal medicine) Summit and CMA national conference on perinatal medicine.
- Support 2024 Flu activation, especially infant campaign through content engagement in Aiying wechat public account and CDC education content landing in existing cooperation scope.
- Communicate with external partners to upgrade contents on the education platform, track their performance with clear benchmarks.
Other initiatives
- Consolidate and support integrated business dashboard, generate insights from data analyses and performance tracking for strategy development;
- Champion EBI in the team
- Support internal HA capability roadmap
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree and above with preferred major or pharmacy, finance, marketing and business administration;
- Over 5 years working experience better in vaccines industry and having deep understanding on the entire vaccine value chain;
- Solid experience of project management including budget planning and control, resources allocation and management, decision making in the complex environment;
- Being logical with strong data acumen;
- Good interpersonal action skills;
