Job Description:
- Set up the Mass spectrum platform for both small molecules and big molecules.
- Support platform capability building by providing scientific inputs and carry out the new assays.

Support drug screening by affinity mass spectrometry, Intact MS, peptide fingerprinting, Native MS, etc.- Support target identification and off target prediction and evaluation with proteomics.
- Design and develop the new assays accordingly and be able to perform the trouble shooting.
- Be responsible for data interpretation and communication within and outside the group.
- Collaborate closely with biochemists, medicinal chemists, cell biologists and in vivo pharmacologists to speed up the drug discovery process and fulfill BeiGene drug discovery goals.
- Maintain and calibrate the Mass spectrum platform cooperatively.
- Be able to propose targets and initial new programs.
Qualification Required:
- Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry or biochemistry or related major.
- At least 3~5 years LC-MS experience. Experience in protein mass spectrometry is preferred
- Experience in protein purification is plus.
- Strong scientific background with proven track-record of scientific publications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and collaborative.
- Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
