Operations Manager - Food Industry [Philippines]


 
  • Supervising daily operations: Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the operations team
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and proposing/implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Team management: Leading and managing a team of operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Monitoring and reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess team and departmental performance.
  • Generating reports and presenting data to management for evaluation and decision-making.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Resource management: Managing resources, including staffing requirements, work schedules, and equipment needs, to optimize productivity and meet operational goals.
  • Collaboration with other departments to align operations with organizational objectives, address challenges, and support interdepartmental coordination.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
