However, we can only do this if we have the right people with the right skills and with more and more people relying on us for support, recruiting the right people has never been so important.
As Recruitment Assistant, you will ensure that we deliver a safe, efficient, and effective recruitment service from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our required pre-employment checks are accurately completed and that new employees have everything they need to join us. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Recruitment Advisor to develop new recruitment campaigns, materials, and promotions to attract the right people to our roles.
You join us at an exciting time, as we are in the process of implementing a new recruitment database, you will be one of our super users giving you the opportunity to make a real difference to the way we manage our whole recruitment experience.
You don’t need to have recruitment experience, but you do need great customer service skills, an eye for detail and the ability to build relationships quickly. Overall, you need to be someone who is passionate about providing great customer experience.
This is a 9 month temporary post.
