SoftOne is looking for a Senior Payroll Systems Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software
Implement HR & Payroll software solutions to new customers – Project management
Present HR & Payroll software functionality to potential clients in cooperation with sales team – Presales presentations
Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll
Design, develop and deliver end user training
Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions
Keeping updated with changes in government regulations
Your Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
3+ of experience in Payroll positions, previous working experience in payroll software will be considered as a strong asset
Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and HR procedures
Good knowledge of payroll software products will be an asset
Excellent customer-oriented skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of English language
